Screen Causes Fire
Customer bought a brand new home, after 3 years of just accepting poor performance from her dryer she gave us a call. Turned out there was a piece of a screen had gotten into the vent exit and had never been removed. The lint build up was so bad it took a hour to clean the machine. This customer was very fortunate the fire did not envelope the entire machine and her home.

I had just moved into a condo and discovered that the previous owners may have never cleaned the dryer vent. I only realized this after a few dryer loads when I noticed a burning-type smell coming from our dryer, and having the hassle of running our clothes through several dry cycles. The senior technician of the company came with two staff members at the appointed time. The staff was excellent. They were very thorough and explained to me (which I loved) exactly what they were doing. I felt very comfortable with them. They also made sure that all the mess was cleaned up and everything was back in place. The entire job lasted about 3.5 hours (and not once did I see the staff stop to use their cell phone).
