What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

When hiring a Realtor, there are many choices. It's time for Realtors to step up. Don't hire a traditional Realtor that charges 5% or 6% commission and just lists your property on the MLS. I'm a Realtor that does more and charges less. As a Digital Advertising Specialist and a Certified Social Media Professional, I don't just list properties like most Realtors. I list, market and sell my properties by blowing them up online. I aggressively market all my listings and only charge 3.95% total commission.

How We Charge For Our Services

Real Estate Brokers & Agents - Residential
- 3.95 to 4.00 percent of sale
We list properties for 1.45% and the buyers agent will receive 2.5%.
