What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Make sure to verify the license and insurance. Roofing contractors must have worker compensation insurance. This insurance is expensive, hence, be careful. Contractors who low ball roofing jobs aren't always properly insuring their worker. If a roofing worker gets injured and the contractor doesn't have the right workers compensation, you can lose your home if sued.

Established in 2015 by two home improvement workers, we began as remodelers of residential homes across San Diego County. Demand for our work quickly expanded, however, and now includes new home building, commercial construction, and the execution of both traditional and modern designs by the region’s top architectural firms. In 2017 Peak Builders expanded to Orange County and into the Los Angeles, where we now build residential homes, multi-family units, shopping centers, hotels and more.

- $250.00 to $400.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, tear off existing roof)
- $350.00 to $550.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, overlay existing roof)
Depending on how many existing layers of shingles you have and depending what brand and model of shingles you choose.

Bathroom - Remodel
- $8,000.00 to $15,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
