I must admit we do a lot for sod jobs! I believe our preparation, our installation and our selection of high quality sod is why we have the best reputation in the Atlanta market today!

Retaining walls and sod installation is our primary focus, but I think also taking care of drainage problems is also a plus! It seems that most customers have some sort of problem with water..

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

A:

We offer a one year limited warranty on everything we build, plant or install with some exceptions. Plants and sod are limited to customers that have an irrigation system so that I am pretty sure the live plants are watered as needed to survive! Exceptions are natural causes such as moles, grubs, and any other cause that will harm or kill your product!

We just finished a job in Lilburn that required us to dig out under a deck (which had a steep slope) remove the excess dirt by hand, level as much as we could, and corral the perimeter of the area and fill with 5 tons of #57 gravel. No more mud, no more erosion, no more disgusting looking area viewed on a daily basis when they went into the backyard. We also installed beautiful, thick, and dark green fescue sod in the backyard, along with new plants and mulch! To finish it off we replaced an old beat up chain link fence with a beautiful capped PTP privacy fence. It turned out beautiful! Large equipment was not used on this job!

Paver patio with seating wall
Removed old deck and pond and replaced with a paver patio with a garden seating area, pondless waterfall, new drystack stone retaining wall, new sod and outdoor lighting with built in patio led lighting.

Major renovation including paver patio with a gazebo, new flagstone slab steps, small upper pond with waterfalls to lower pond, new concrete sidewalk, and new porch attached to the house with a roof and window panels.

Brookhaven dry stack
We started on the upper level and installed drain basins on both sides of the steps. Then we connected the homes downspouts into the same system and caught most of the water in the grass itself and then we went around the corner and side of the house all the way to the street in the front so that the water was released into the street. Then we build a dry stack curved wall and steps, graded and installed new beautiful fescue sod to finish of the project!

How We Charge For Our Services

Brick or Concrete Pavers - Install
- $12.00 to $20.00 per square foot (brick pavers)
per sf

Chain Link Fence - Install
- $14.00 to $16.00 per linear foot (6 ft fence)
- $10.00 to $15.00 per linear foot (4 ft fence)
prices vary based on logistics of the job itself, (level, sloped, trees, shrubs, etc) we offer a higher price for a smaller fence per ft because of time spent to construct a project takes time for both.
We also offer old fence removal usually $2.50 -$3.00 per ft additioanl
