We sold the company through a local Business Broker in 2001. My transition into the Business Broker industry came about when the President of the firm asked me to join his company. I accepted his offer and quickly became one of the top sales agents in the company.

What would you like your customers to know about your company?

A:

Before being a business broker in Scottsdale, AZ, I was a business owner, First Impression Security Doors in Gilbert. My partner and I started the business out of our garage in 1995 and built it into a company that, at the time we sold it, operated out of our own manufacturing facility and had thirteen employees (Today that business is the largest ornamental iron company in the state of Arizona).

What is your company best known for?

A:

If you have a company in Scottsdale or the surrounding areas, Phil can help you make sure you understand the valuation process and can help you set a fair and realistic price for your business. It is important to use a business broker with whom you can communicate well with, who educates you on the ins and outs of selling your business, and who can effectively market your company to buyers so that it does sell for top dollar.
