What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

When seeking service, look at more than cost. Think about the quality of equipment you will be receiving, the company background, reputation and expertise. Also you need to be confident in the support system you'll have once the equipment is installed. And find out if the company does its own monitoring or contracts it out to a third party. I recommend the same for installs and service calls. Make sure the company does not contract out to a third party.
