What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Let them know that we really happy to be working for them and want there property to look its best. If in their search they have a hard time reaching or scheduling with their provider. Then maybe their provider is a little to busy to take on their acct.In the service business you make time to listen to the customers concerns and provide solutions so they dont have to worry.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

Weekly lawn service with sprinkler checks and adjustments. Along with trimming and re-mulching beds which is often overlooked in the needs of the landscape.

We mulch our lawn clippings into the lawn, saving on trash bags. Along with proper water management we apply what the lawn needs and adjust system as not to water the street.

We are honest, you dont get billed for work that is not done. We truly take pride in our work and your property. If you have a problem then it is mine as well, and I am approachable to solve all solutions. If you have a special event and need special service let me know,we can change mow days, trim hedges right before, help set up tables or what ever you need to help make your special day a success.

What is your company best known for?

Showing up on time. I hear companies say they cant give time in 4 hr windows. They can only give a day.That makes no sense to me, you book a schedule and stick to it.Where did your crew vanish for 4 hrs.It just is not hat hard to let people know whats going on everyone has a cell phone and email.

What separates your company from the competition?

The effort we put on quality of work and attention to detail. We schedule all hedge trimming to make sure they hit the summer holidays. There might be a party on the 4th of July, or Memorial day,or Labor day.Many times we will water potted patio plants,just because their dry in the summer. Every customer is treated like its my own home. We regularly straiten patio furniture, run the blower twice,gather sticks perfection is our goal.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

Well not in writing, but how do you charge some one for a bad job.It just does not happen here. If there is a problem we would immediately re-mow or make what the issue is right. Many times when we plant flowers we throw some away because their not as healthy or blooming, quality work is the goal.

How my family is, because there is no concern over the landscape everything looks fantastic I dont settle for less.

We are always trying to work with the needs of the customer and work out a budget they can afford. It may be through payment plans, pro rated bills over 12 months or not charging for some services. I truly want to help our customers enjoy their home and landscape and to take the worry out of it.

Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).

A:

A customer was going to have a party on the 4th,and had a heavy shaded mud pit on the side of the house. It was uneven and hard to walk to the back. I suggested leveling with crushed granite and setting a flagstone pathway. He loved the idea but time and budget was working against us. For a temporary fix we leveled the ground with mulch and used 12 by 12 stepping stones and made a pathway.

We are not one of the larger companies that send out crews with no supervision and poor quality control.I read reviews about them not showing up, and people waiting 10 days for a service. Even people being billed before work is done. Thats crazy take pride in what you represent and do a good job, just standard.
