How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $285.00 to $310.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $310.00 to $409.95 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $410.00 to $450.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $310.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
I charge a flat fee of $310 for up to 2000 sq. ft. And an additional $.05 per sq. ft. over 2000.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $45.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $175.00 to $200.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
I charge $200 for a basic mold air test, which consists of 4 samples, 2 outside for reference, 1 indoor air and 1 in havc system. Also included is an inspection of the property for sources of moisture intrusion and the presence of visable mold growth. If md growth is visible, i will swab test the affected areas at a fee of $50 per sample.
