If you are a potential home buyer, run don’t walk to Prime Inspections. We recently had the good luck to utilize Frank Macak as our home inspector. I am very pleased with the inspection Frank did on the home I'm purchasing. His very comprehensive report told me what things looked good and what were concerns. For the concerns, he gave me information about how the problem could be fixed to bring it up to code or remedy the problem. As I live 500 miles away, Frank's communication was excellent and he used the Internet to great advantage sending me his contract to sign and making electronic payment available. His 54-page report was well written without jargon and color coded to emphasize important points. I highly recommend Frank's inspections. They are truly Prime!

Home Inspection Services - $375.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical) Our basic General Home Inspection cost is $375, which is very competitive. We also provide Package deals for Rural and City properties, which include radon, water, CO/LEL, well/pump testing, wood destroying insect inspections and other services at great savings to the customer.

Mold - Testing or Inspection - $475.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing) Basic $475 fee includes complete mold inspection, with 3 sample. A minimum of 2 air samples and one swab/tape lift sample if there is visible mold.
