First to research benchmark costs from the lowest to the highest numbers and compare the difference and the pro's & Con's for each Contractor level and definition, meaning the contractor that will charge you the lowest possible what guarantees, Before & After Picture Portfolio, References to hear about their job performance/experience, and Insurance which usually the cheapest contractor will not have Commercial General Liability Insurance. Then also to get a quote from a mid-price range Contractor and a High end as well. That way they can Hire the right pro to fit their needs.
