How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $300.00 to $500.00 per square foot
Commercial property is priced similarly to residential properties. The low end is $300 for 1k sq ft, up to $500 for a 3k sq ft property. Anything larger goes up $50 per 500 sq ft.

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $550.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $550.00 to $650.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Our pricing reflects the amount of time doing the inspection along with completing a 35-40 page report outlining everything we found, with photos to back up all claims.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $270.00 to $400.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
$270 mold inspection report includes 1 outdoor sample, and one indoor sample (for one AC unit), the price goes up to $400 if there are two air conditioners.
