What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

I would recommend that they do their research and request estimates from multiple companies. Not every Tile / Flooring Contractor is the same.
This is work that you are going to look at for as long as you live in the house, which on average is a very long time. Be Selective and go with someone you trust.
Look at pictures of their work, that is a good start. Also, pick someone who will answer your questions. Also, do not pick the cheapest guy (most of the time). I have to reiterate this is about getting quality work done, not about just throwing up some tile. Pick someone with a fair price and who will do excellent quality work. That's all for now guys!
