- $25.00 to $175.00 fixed fee - flat rate
cash or check from area paid when job done. will work with long time business owners billing cycle

Gutter Cleaning
- $1.80 to $2.00 per linear foot
- $40.00 to $175.00 per cleaning
single story 2 story $10.00 to 12.00 per foot 3 story where 40 ft ladder and another worker is needed will cost an additional $70.00 up to $200.00

Pressure Washing - Commercial
- $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
- $0.15 to $0.33 per square foot
paid when job done cash or check from area bank only billing to long time business owners

Pressure Washing - Residential
- $0.08 to $0.45 per square foot
- $50.00 to $200.00 fixed fee for deck (approx. 250 sq. ft)
payed when job done,cash check from area money orders and will work with businesses on billing depending on which business.prices go up on how many storys the house or building
