Robert's desire to be Registered Architect started in his early teens and become a reality when he was recruited by a prestigious Architecture firm in the Boston area prior to graduating college in 1987.
From there, he acquired extensive experience in renovation projects as well as in designing new large scale projects. Robert has successfully operated his own construction / renovation company - which provided an in depth knowledge of how the intricacies of Architecture & Building Construction merge.
With an extensive background in Architectural Design, Renovation and Construction, he will guide your project smoothly from conception to realization.

Architects - Commercial
- $125.00 to $175.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 4.00 to 16.50 percent of construction cost
Above Fees are average and can vary widely depending on the size and level of complexity of each project. Fees may also vary depending on the need for Standard Services or Full Services. Fees for Renovation Projects are typically higher than Fees for New Projects. Please call for more information and for us to determine a more accurate Fee Guideline.

- $125.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 3.50 to 16.00 percent of construction cost
