--What can we say....except Thank You for helping us in selecting such a truly Epic venue for our special day. It was beyond our wildest expectations! We had the time of our lives at the Epic Hotel. All of the planning, the talks, the timelines, the tastings, in the end actually made for a flawless, smooth and gorgeous weekend. Event Planning Services - Weddings - $65.00 to $85.00 per hour We DO NOT use a cookie-cutter approach to our billing for services. Each client has the option to select whether to pay an hourly rate or a percentage of the over-all cost of the event production. Furthermore, we custom tailor each event billing based on our customers needs and budget.
