What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Make sure the Travel Advisor you use offers niche services. A Travel Advisor who specializes in one particular part of the world or type of travel is important because they will be incredibly knowledgeable in that area of travel & tourism. Some agents do charge a fee up front, depending on the type of travel, so be sure to ask if there is a fee and how much it is. Usually a fee is required for Destination Weddings and Group Travel as we TAs want to know there is some commitment on the client's end.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

The most common services I provide is any travel in the Caribbean & Central America. Many of my clients are either newly engaged and looking for a Destination Wedding or Honeymoon, or they are looking for an anniversary trip or vow renewal services abroad.
Romance & luxury is what I like to provide my clients, so any travel involving those two is my niche, especially in the Caribbean. I try to offer the best prices available for each client's experience and am there for my clients throughout their getaways, especially with how COVID has flipped the travel industry upside-down.

What would you like your customers to know about your company?

I do not charge any fees for a regular getaway (honeymoons, anniversary trips included). I do, however charge a small fee to do a Destination Wedding consultation and custom itineraries.

What is your company best known for?

High level of service to clientele. Many clients have stated they love the idea of just getting on the plane and all of the details of their trip are taken care of for them already - even dinner reservations if requested.

What separates your company from the competition?

A:

Again, a high level of service. I stay with my clients from the initial consultation until they return home from their trip, which sometimes can be months or years. This isn't just booking vacations for me, this is providing an experience and peace of mind.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

A:
|
While I do not offer any guarantees myself, the suppliers I work with do offer them. From Lowest Price Guarantees to Flexible Bookings, if something comes up, I work with the suppliers on my client's behalf so there are no long hold times on the phone or negotiating a trip - that's part of what I do for you! If something is non-refundable, I advise my client on that matter; I generally avoid such tours when I can.

Clients usually ask me questions about the place they are planning on visiting; lately it has been COVID policies for travel.
I always provide my personal experience with the various hotels and resorts as well as tours and restaurants. I will advise clients on where to go based on the COVID policies and their personal comfort level.

Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?

While I do not offer discounts myself, many suppliers I work with offer senior and veteran/military discounts. All a client needs to do is simply ask if there is a potential discount.

Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).

I recently had a couple plan a last-minute getaway to Cancun. The resorts had just re-opened and they were concerned about COVID policies and their stay. I advised them on a resort I knew would provide an amazing upgrade, saving them thousands on the trip.
Their flights had several cancellations and last-minute changes, as some U.S. states were suddenly not allowing international flights. I got them a partial refund for the legs of their flights that were changed and booked an alternate flight at a similar price through another airline.
The morning of their planned return, that flight was changed - the airline wanted them to fly out the next day. I called the airline and got them (for no change fee) on a flight back on the same day, rearranged their transfers and they ended up with a few extra hours at the resort to enjoy without worry.

What forms of payment do you accept? (cash, check, credit cards, etc.)

Most payments are done online so credit/debit card is preferred.We can accept cashier's checks if that is what the client would prefer to use as payment.
