What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

1. Ask neighbors, friends, family members, and co-workers for referrals to quality rodent control companies.
2. Look at review and recommendation websites such as Yelp, Google, Nextdoor & Facebook. Read the reviews to get an understanding of each rat control contractor and the quality of their work and customer service experience. Do they go the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction.
3. Review their website, social media sites and Youtube to see if they provide useful information that will help you in your decision making process.
4. Ask each rodent exterminator about their guarantees, the type of materials used for rodent proofing (rodent exclusion) your home.
5. Ask each contractor specifically what end result should you expect. How much that will cost? How long should it take? Is the person giving the estimate, the one that will do the work? Do you have to pay an ongoing maintenance fee for their service?
