- $300.00 to $400.00 fixed fee - flat rate
On average I charge a flat fee of 300 dollars and i wont go above 400 dollars

Home Inspection Services
- $175.00 to $200.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $225.00 to $250.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $250.00 to $300.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $200.00 to $250.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)

Roof - Inspection
- $50.00 to $100.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Typically I only charge 50 dollars to inspect a roof for any structural damage or weather damage price may vary depending on the size and pitch of the roof
