A full residential home inspection, by far. We fully conduct inspections on Condominiums, mobile/manufactured homes, and commercial properties but we have done more Single Family Residential Homes than anything else. Q:
What separates your company from the competition?
A:
Our training and development. Our owner/trainer has over 20 years of experience evaluating the cause/origin of building and component failure. His knowledge and understanding of failure is passed to all employees, who gain insight into what to look for and how to recognize, sometimes early/initial signs of, failure. It's human nature to find more when you know what to look for. At Red Flag, we ensure our inspectors know what to look for.

Q:
What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A:
What is a Wind Mitigation Report and why do I need one?
I direct them to the article I wrote on the topic here: https://www.redflaghomeinspection.com/wind-mitigation/
This report is not expensive to complete, but can lead to some serious insurance discounts. If you are purchasing a home built in the 2000's or later, this is a no-brainer decision. In older homes, we have still experienced degrees of savings far exceeding the purchase price of the evaluation.
