How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $325.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $325.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $425.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $325.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Red Rocks Certified Property Inspection LLC only charges $325 for a Comprehensive Home Inspection for homes up to 4000 sq. ft. Homes 400 sq. ft. or more, $100 is added for each additional 4000 sq. ft. THIS INCLUDES FREE RADON MONITORING AND TESTING REPORT.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $49.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $250.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Red Rocks Certified Property Inspection LLC charges $250 for an air quality sampling which includes two outdoor samples and one indoor sample. Each additional sample costs $49 ea. whether it is a air sample, swab sample, or slide sample.
