Property Management - Residential
- 6.00 to 8.00 percent of monthly rent
8% of monthly rent when occupied by tenant ($75.00/mo. minimum, $200/mo max).
6% of monthly rent when occupied by tenant ($65.00/mo. minimum, $200/mo max) with 3 or more properties under management.
$ 00.00 per month when vacant.

Let me just say, you get what you pay for. I've seen this time and again in every industry. With that said, I have discounted my listing service when I was also the buyers agent for the sellers new home. I also have discounted my listing service for investors when working on volume. 3% is the industry standard and It's worth every dime to use a licensed Realtor!
