Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: Since I offer no contract lawn care services, I get a lot of calls for lawn care. Prices for single cut lawn care servce starts at only $50 so often people had rather pay me than mow themselves. I also get many calls to clean gutters that sometimes convert to gutter guard installation jobs because I wave the fee to clean gutters which usually saves people between $150 to $200. I install gutter guards that The Home Depot sells at prices that are about half the amount that the Gutter Guard companies that advertise on TV and radio. I can install gutter guards for as low as $9.99 per linear foot that come with manufacturer warranty. Prices mentioned vary depending on location and choice of product.
How We Charge For Our Services
Gutter Cleaning
- $150.00 to $250.00 per cleaning
Prices for gutter cleaning start at $150 and go up based upon location, number of stories of the house, and number of linear feet involved. Customers can get free gutter cleaning if they hire me to install gutter guards.

Gutter Guards and Covers - Install or Replace
- $13.99 to $17.99 per linear foot

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $75.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $50.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $50.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
I prefer to charge by the hour at rate of $50.00 per hour with a $50.00 minimum

Leaf Cleanup and Removal
- $50.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $50.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $50.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $75.00 fixed fee for 1 acre lot
- $50.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $50.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
