Q:
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A:
An organization looking for significant growth and/or a fundamental transformation in their business, needs to create an environment of shared understanding & ownership of the desired change within their organization, with their business partners & supplier network, & with their customers. Shared understanding & ownership is the antecedent for any substantive change.
Collaborative structured conversations, supported by methods & techniques such as Six Sigma, Business Architecture, Customer Development, & others is the key to delivering this. Success in organizational transformation requires this to catalyze an organization to implement changes.

In addition, their recent investors were from Asia, and expected the company to expand internationally. Konza Partners worked with these investors to create a partner-driven Asia expansion supported by investor contacts & capabilities. Business model elements created included a partner program for market entry, a financial model for fee-based services and product sales, and a business development & support process capable of supporting selected international markets. Collaborative business development was conducted to test the new model, and to educate the US and Asia team through experience.

Bob is a "go to" guy for excellent advisory services to non-profits across a wide spectrum of social, technical, and professional associations. He has personally helped my association and local ASP chapter in rethinking our business model and how we better incorporate technology to improve our performance.
