How We Charge For Our Services

Asphalt Shingle Roof - Installation
- $250.00 to $350.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, tear off existing roof)
- $250.00 to $300.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, overlay existing roof)
We bill for tear off and then relay.
We bill by the sq. 1 sq=100 sqft.
We charge 250 per sq min.
We require all material costs up front, and 1/2 labor cost when we start the job. And the other 1/2 of labor when the job is finished and approved by customer.
