What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

There is no company like ours. Most HR Consultants are strictly about compliance - which is a necessary item - but it is only a cost avoidance mechanism if it's not in place. Others are about recruiting but that's usually not the best answer for why your company isn't performing at its optimum.
There are literally dozens of areas where organizations are loosing thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars to inefficiency, turnover, and/or poor productivity that my company can help you with.
Company's usually know they have a need when their HR person quits or when lots of people quit. Where they need my company is when they suspect they have lots of people quitting but staying on the job!
