How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $500.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $2,000.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Everything 2000 sq ft and under is $300... from 2001 to 2250 is $325... 2251 to 2500 is $350... ect...basically 25 dollars for every 250 sq ft above 2000 sq ft. We offer discounts to military (prior military), 1st time home buyers, teachers and other public servants.
