What materials will the professional be using, how much of it, where, etc. Get all the details. Who performs the work? Is it Joe and John with 3 months of experience? Will the work be under warranty? What if something doesn't work or look right, who do you contact with issues with the work?

Royal wasn't the lowest bid, but we got a good feeling from Eugene and weren't disappointed. There was a delay hauling away the old gutters due to a sub who flaked out on them, but everything else about the job went great. We were especially impressed with Eugene's willingness to educate us on options, his efficiency, and communication - calling in advance of appointments, notifying us of any delays, etc. Hardworking guys who do what they say they'll do.
