They spent extra time at my house answering questions for me. They made sure that there was nothing else that I needed before they left. They even asked "Is there anything else that I could have done to make this visit more enjoyable". I have never been asked that in my lift. Then he called me two days later and asked again. I don't know of any other company offering this kind of service. Wow. Use Royalty Home Solutions and you will not be sorry. Alot of experience and very professional. Royal himself came out training another person. I will tell you that he only hires and trains people like himself. I will let everyone I know about this company. I called and they jumped into action. They were nice and helpful on the phone and in person. They were also very professional. They were at my house at the time they said they would be there. Gave me a very detailed inspection report. I used this report to my advantage. I have told all of my friends and family about them also. Home Inspection Services - $325.00 to $375.00 for less than 2,000 sf house - $425.00 to $525.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house - $525.00 to $595.00 for +4,000 sf house - $375.00 to $425.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical) Payable at the end of the inspection.

Home Warranty Programs - $395.00 to $795.00 per year (for new house) - $395.00 to $795.00 per year (for pre-existing house) Payable at completion of the inspection.

Indoor Air Quality - Testing - $295.00 to $595.00 for typical four-bedroom home Payable at the completion of the inspection.

Mold - Testing or Inspection - $295.00 to $495.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing) Payable at the completion of the inspection.

Pool - Inspection - $395.00 to $695.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool) - $125.00 to $395.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool) Payable at the completion of the inspection.
