Avalon Alderwood
This 491 unit apartment complex is conveniently located adjacent to a scenic wooded wetland area on site, and a large commercial center across the street. A planned network of pedestrian pathways link the 10 residential buildings to the wetlands and the on site amenities including a clubhouse, energy star appliances, a two story state-of-the-art fitness center over looking the pool, and a large outdoor grilling area.
The project is planned to be built in two phases. Phase I is on a 13.75 acre plot and includes buildings one through six (367 units). Phase I has two large podium buildings, with underground parking and 5 stories of apartments above, facing the commercial complex across the street at Alderwood Mall Pkwy. The remainder of the buildings are a mix of walk-up apartments and town home style apartments with attached garages. Phase I began construction in late 2012 and planned completion for fall of 2014.

Canal Station
Canal Station phase II is a mixed use project located in the heart of Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. The project contains 109 luxury condominium units, approximately 4,000 sf of commercial space at street level, and parking located in the floors below grade. The building offers contemporary living, featuring studios to 2 bedroom units with a den. Material selection and design detailing reflects an “Old Ballard” feel which helps the building blend in to become an integral part of the community. Construction was complete in 2008.

Veloce
Recipient of a 2012 Outstanding Design Award in the City of Redmond. Veloce is a 322 unit multi-family mixed use project in downtown Redmond that is to be the focal point of the transit oriented development for the city. The podium style building has street level retail and 2 levels of parking below 3 – 5 story of apartment buildings. The project caters to young professionals who desire an urban living setting as well as commuters, as a Metro KC park & ride garage is currently under design adjacent to the site. Light rail will eventually run next to the building, making it the hub of downtown Redmond. Construction was completed in 2009.

The Reserve at Mill Creek
The Reserve is located in Mill Creek Town Center on a 3.36 acre plot. The Complex is an upscale multi-family project with 95 units in five 3 story buildings. The 3 stories contain 25, 26, and 26 units forming a common area courtyard. The courtyard and clubhouse include a heated pool, a fitness center, fireplace, gazebo, theater room, sports courts, sauna, and an open lawn with barbecuing areas. All buildings have attached private garages.
Units range from one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, and live/work town homes. Living amenities include air conditioning, bay windows, stainless steel refrigerators, vaulted ceilings, and spacious closets.
Pedestrian pathways and adjacent nature trails within the community engage the complex with the surrounding the Town Center. To further encourage a sense of community the Live/Work town homes have direct access to Main Street. St. Madeleine Sophie
The St. Madeleine Sophie project consisted of finalizing a 10 year Master Plan for the parish, working with the City of Bellevue to obtain a ten year Conditional Use Permit (CUP), and construction of Phase I which included six modular classrooms and remodeling of the basement level of the church to provide offices for the school. The overall plan allows for construction in stages; by the final phase we will have added a gymnasium and preforming arts center, 15 classrooms, offices, meeting rooms, and a lunchroom with associated kitchen.
