How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $250.00 to $400.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $400.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $250.00 to $300.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Price is based on style of home (single family, condo, townhome) and on size. Base price point starts at homes under 3000 sqft. Once it goes over it begins to increase in investment cost. If home has a great distance to travel (ie port st lucie) an additional trip charge is added in.

Roof - Inspection
- $100.00 to $200.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
For a roof certification inspection (typically done for insurance).
