We offer demolition services to home owners who have a building on their property, that is in a severe state of disrepair, such as an old mobile home, barn, garage or shed, and they want to get rid of it. In some cases, the customer is planning a new build, right where the old house is standing, and need it demolished and removed before they can begin the new project. We also demolish in ground pools, driveways, decks, etc... The demolition process can be expensive, so we now offer financing.

How We Charge For Our Services

Demolition - Residential
- $3.95 to $6.00 per square foot
Typically, the customer must "fund the project" before it can begin with an upfront deposit payable to us in order to secure debris hauling resources & landfill tipping fees, if they choose to let us handle all of the arrangements on their behalf.
If they choose to handle the arrangements themselves, then they pay the vendor directly.
Then, once the job is complete and the site is cleaned up, the customer pays us within 48 hours, via credit card, cash or bank transfer.

Pool Demolition or Removal
- $2,500.00 to $12,000.00 fixed fee (in-ground pool, complete demo)
- $350.00 to $1,500.00 fixed fee (above ground pool)
