At this point in time cash and check our only two payment options, but we look forward to being able to do card as well

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Landscape - Install or Plant
- $45.00 to $75.00 per hour (per person) plus materials
Billing is usually monthly, or per job, however we do offer contract business as well.

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $40.00 to $60.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $40.00 to $60.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $40.00 to $60.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
Billing is usually monthly, or per job, however we do offer contract business as well. Plus landscape wages if applicable.

Lawn or Garden - Pull Weeds
- $45.00 to $75.00 per hour
Billing is usually monthly, or per job, however we do offer contract business as well. Weed whacking is considered in this as well.

Leaf Cleanup and Removal
- $100.00 to $600.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $200.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $200.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee for 1 acre lot
- $45.00 to $75.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $50.00 to $200.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
Billing is usually monthly, or per job, however we do offer contract business too. Raking and bagging and removal are all included in curbside vacuuming or pick up

Yard & Lawn - Cleanup
- $45.00 to $75.00 per hour
- $50.00 to $1,000.00 per visit / by session
Billing is usually monthly, or per job, however we do offer contracted business too. Yard and lawn clean-up is under the same billing as spring and fall cleanup and removal/ Leaf cleanup and removal. Prices may vary per job depending on lawn size and maintenance but we'll stay within the price bracket as shown above.
