Commercial Exterior - Paint or Stain
- $30.00 to $75.00 per hour
- $1.25 to $3.00 per square foot

Concrete Floor Coating - Apply
- $3.50 to $8.00 per square foot (solid based epoxy)
Prep! Prep! Prep! There is definitely a strict procedure here. Hopefully your dealing with a new surface. Applying epoxy on a pre existing coating is usually not a great idea. It can be done in certain instances but epoxy grabs and shrinks so much you usually end up with adhesion issues. Definitly test the type of previous coating first before pricing to determine the amount of prep involved.

Deck or Porch - Clean, Seal, Stain or Waterproof
- $2.00 to $6.00 per square foot
Actually don't like how they grouped all these together because there can be a big price jump from cleaning a deck to staining one. But to be fair cleaning a deck could be as low as a regular pressure washing job ( $0.10 per sq ft ). But when you get all the way into staining one now you have to consider alot. Does it need to be stripped would be your largest cost variable. Then from there what look they are going for with the wood and what its going to take to get it there.

Fence - Paint, Stain or Clean
- $1.50 to $3.00 per square foot
There arent many variations in fence painting besides what type of material is being applied and prep. Pretty straight forward.

Home Exterior - Paint or Stain

- $1.25 to $3.50 per square foot
There are a wide variety of exterior building materials for basic block walls to cider shakes. So there are many variables in pricing an exterior job. Once again how much prep is involved, what the existing coating looks like, do you have to strip anything?, how many obstacles do you have to work around?, job site safety, and the list goes on.

Home Interior - Paint or Stain
- $20.00 to $60.00 per hour
- $1.00 to $2.25 per square foot
The cost of interior painting first depends on whether its new construction or a repaint. Then from there the amount of prep, quality of material chosen, amount of stories, etc.

Metal Roof - Paint
- $30.00 to $75.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $1.00 to $2.50 per square foot
Our company has personally done thousands of sqaure feet of metal roofing. Its generally low cost giving you dont have to cover half the structure and its not over 2 stories. Type of material can make a big difference in price on these. Some roof coating can get pretty expensive.

Painting - Faux Painters
- $30.00 to $75.00 per hour
We generally charge time and material on faux painting jobs. Only because from the wide spectrum of faux experience we have we know there is so many variations of faux that its almost setting yourself up for disaster to give a set price per square foot.

Painting - Mural Painters
- $30.00 to $75.00 per hour (plus materials)
Much like faux painting we prefer to go with time and material. Mural and sign painting jobs can be a set price if its something simple but rarely is. So we try not be misleading by giving a set price per foot or even inch in some cases.

Pressure Washing - Commercial
- $0.10 to $0.50 per square foot
The cost for pressure washing is generally $0.10 per square foot but can go up depending on the existing conditions and a few other variables.

Specialty Coatings - Apply
- $30.00 to $60.00 per hour
- $1.50 to $4.50 per square foot
Material costs can be a big factor here. Oil, Xylene, Lacquer, M.E.K, Industial Enamels, Lifetime Coatings, Pre catalyzed Epoxy, and 2 part Epoxy just to name a few. You can find yourself in a material price range your everyday painter hasn't seen before.
