How We Charge For Our Services

Concrete Floor Coating - Apply
- $55.00 to $75.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $2.75 to $3.75 per square foot (solid based epoxy)
50% due at beginning of job, remainder after job is complete,

Home Exterior - Paint or Stain
- $0.50 to $1.00 per square foot
I usually request 50% of pay at beginning of project, remainder due after job is complete

Home Interior - Paint or Stain
- $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
- $0.50 to $1.00 per square foot
50% due at beginning of all projects, remainder gets paid after job is complete

Painting - Faux Painters
- $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
- $1.50 to $3.00 per square foot for basic textures
- $2.00 to $3.50 per square foot for marbelizing
- $2.00 to $3.50 per square foot for wood grain and stria
All the price is set due to time that it takes to apply the material

- $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $2.50 to $3.50 per square foot
Painting over texture takes more time, more material and lots patients, that's why the price is higher,
