I am here to help You in your home buying or selling process.Because of the experience I had buying a home I wanted to do something to help others avoid the experience that I had. Obviously, it was not a positive one-That's why I became a home inspector.
I will go over(roof) and under (crawlspace) your home, as long as it is safe. If it is not included in your report it is either in proper working order at the time of your inspection or it is not visible-as in behind or inside of walls, pipes, etc
I do not inspect inside of walls, plumbing, etc and am not allowed to move any personal property during your home inspection.

How much time will the inspection take and how much will it cost are the most common questions I am asked.
A typical inspection will take approximately 2 hours, depending on the size of your home and problems found during yoru inspection- the more problems the longer it will take.

I started this business in 2010. I am a retired Deputy Sheriff and Certified Home Inspector. I enjoy helping my community and now continue to do so as a home inspector. My experience in the home buying process led me to become a home inspector. I dedicated myself to helping people to know the condition of the home they are buying, selling, or renting. I enjoy my job: Helping people make the best decision in a sometimes stressful situation. I'm dedicated to doing a thorough inspection for my clients. Jerrold is just a great Inspector, He is flexible, well behaved, and takes all the time that is needed to be sure and aware of everything that you are paying for. He does it better then if he will be the one buying the house. He has a high level of professionalism and acuracy. His reports are in a good format. I will use him again.

My experience with Jerrold was exactly what my husband an I needed. He was flexible with his schedule. Since my husband and I are first time home buyers, this process was even more stressful. Jerrold discussed everything he inspected to us clearly to where we understood everything. We were vey comfortable with his approach while he spoke with us. With this said, he was very patient with us, sent us our inspection with amazing pictures of the house with detailed descriptions and ways to fix a problem we didn't even realize about the house. Home Inspection Services
- $325.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $475.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $475.00 to $800.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $325.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
I charge based on the square footage of the home. Please call for the most accurate quote possible as this does not include other building on the property such as additional apartments, in-law set ups, etc. 559-470-4102
