DO YOUR HOMEWORK, there is so many people say they do seal coating , but I like to call them temporary paint jobs, a lot of so-called seal coating companies are watering there the sealer down, ask to see the product they are using in a bucket watch them put it in it, if it's thin and watery then your about to be scammed...ask for references, photos of previous work, check into to see if they have a website and how long in business in your local area.

How We Charge For Our Services

Asphalt Paving - Repair or Patch
- $1.75 to $2.75 per square foot (to patch)
Really depends on if it needs the underlay restored, compacted, and to find out why you have a pothole or repair most likely it's a busted tile or an old tile running under the asphalt washing out the underlay supporting the top...there is many factors to pricing, we usually don't like to do quick fixes, because it doesn't give us a good name if our work doesn't hold up.

Asphalt Paving - Seal or Reseal
- $0.11 to $0.25 per square foot - residential (driveways)
- $0.11 to $0.25 per square foot - commercial (parking lots)
Really depends on if it's had a sealer on it before or we can use it as a primer coat or not.

Parking Lot - Cleaning & Sweeping
- $50.00 to $65.00 per sweep (25 space lot)
- $65.00 to $75.00 per sweep (200 space lot)
- $105.00 to $400.00 per sweep (1000 space lot)
- $85.00 to $105.00 per sweep (500 space lot)
Prices are based on one-time cleaning, if they have a maintenance program in effect then it will be cheaper less debris, to clean up
