Highly recommend them, reasonable in cost considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Explained step by step the need to update the existing wiring to bring it up to code. Felt very comfortable having his workers in my house. Made suggestions for other work that needed to be done while the we’re there such as my water heater leaking, which they were able to replace at the same time. Great Company!!

They were very polite and professional and after they left you couldn’t even tell they had been there (except for the new AC, furnace and thermostat of course!). Also, there were no “surprises” that always seem to crop up when there’s a major repair or construction project done; the job was done exactly as you said it would be done and the final bill was exactly what you said it would be. After getting several bids from various companies around town, I decided on Awtrey. And it was the right decision. Many of the other guys did not want to deal with the additional ductwork that I needed to get my house properly heated and cooled. But Awtrey came up with an affordable and creative way to run new ductwork, and replace my extremely old system.
