How We Charge For Our Services

Chimney - Inspection
- $125.00 fixed fee (level 2 inspection)
NFPA Level 1 included in a home inspection
NFPA Level 2 separate inspection and report
Fee paid prior to or at the time of inspection

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $350.00 to $650.00 per square foot
Fee paid prior to or at the time of inspection.

Home Inspection Services
- $265.00 to $295.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $295.00 to $350.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $700.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $295.00 to $325.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Fee paid prior to or at the time of inspection.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $25.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $325.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
