Cleaning Services - Industrial
- $45.00 to $80.00 per man hour
- $0.08 to $0.15 per square foot
Pricing commercial cleaning jobs can be tricky. Commercial cleaning prices vary considerably between jobs due to building size, special requests, demand, and service types.
It’s also not uncommon for already big and complex commercial cleaning jobs to become even larger and more complicated as the job progresses.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $25.00 to $75.00 per hour
- $0.08 to $0.16 per square foot
- $300.00 to $500.00 per month (weekly cleaning)
In an office building, windows, bathrooms, break rooms and kitchens generally take longer to clean and disinfect than hallways, offices or waiting rooms. The more windows that need to be washed and the more higher-traffic areas that need to be cleaned, the greater the total cost will be.

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $25.00 to $50.00 per hour (per person)
- $180.00 to $300.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
Knowing what kind of cleaning service you need is important for getting your house where you want it and paying your housekeepers a fair rate. We sometimes get customers who say they just need a regular cleaning, but when we arrive, their homes look like they haven’t been cleaned in years.
In those instances, we have to bump up their rates, which can get awkward for everyone involved.

Post Construction Clean-up
- $40.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $0.10 to $0.20 per square foot
Construction cleanup gets broken down into two types, rough cleaning which happens during construction by your general contractor, and final cleaning. Most contractors even take care of most of the rough cleanup – removing debris and the bulk of the building waste. And sometimes they’ll even do a deep clean, but not always. For most homes, you’ll want to do a final, thorough cleaning prior to moving into your new home or remodel.
