What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
|

I provide two services.
1. Walk & Talk consultation. This is where I walk the entire home with the home owner and take photos of their current interior and exterior. I provide a report to the homeowner with instructions on my recommendations to stage the home in preparation for selling. I work with home owners, realtors and investors to prepare homes for selling.
2. I provide vacant home staging for properties that are empty. I have my own inventory and will stage the home to create a connection for the potential buyer.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $300.00 to $450.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $200.00 to $250.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $2,000.00 to $2,800.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
- $400.00 to $800.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
We provide solutions to all home staging needs. We offer 3 and 4 room packages for 90 days or you can choose from monthly packages. Whatever suite your needs.
I offer free bathroom home staging for all 3 and 4 room customers, free delivery, set-up and tear-down, and I also offer free staging of all furniture and accessories during the vacant home staging process.
