We service 80 properties throughout Ulster County, NY -- and we've never lost a customer over 7 years unless they moved away! Skeet's Landscaping, Inc. was founded by William Bey of Tillson, NY. Like many of his peers, William started in the landscaping industry by mowing lawns in his neighborhood as a kid. He gained a lot of extremely loyal customers thru word-of-mouth referrals, and gradually realized he could turn this into a business and a career. When he graduated high school, he made plans to do this full-time. Now Skeet's has a rapidly growing customer base and we’re connecting with new folks all the time.

What separates your company from the competition?

Personalized service and blazing-fast responsiveness. Anybody can do a decent job mowing a lawn. We do a great job on our customer properties AND we always ensure the customer is satisfied before we move on to the next job. We are also very diligent around scheduling, and when we promise we'll be there, we'll be there.

Yes, absolutely. We guarantee customer satisfaction and we will not leave a customer property until they are 100% pleased with our work.

A:

A new customer who owns a high-value residence recently hired Skeet's for a full-property spring cleanup. We quoted the customer a very fair price and they immediately accepted. When we showed up to do the work -- on the day and exact time the customer requested -- we were told about some additional jobs the customer wanted which were outside the scope of our original quote. Rather than quibble and try to jack up the cost, we gladly tackled the extra projects at no cost. The customer was delighted and said he would recommend us all of his neighbors. That's how we earn goodwill and over time, it pays off.
