Get advice from your real estate agent. Ask friends, coworkers, family members for people they have used. Check online with associations. Pick a few and interview them and get references. Don't always pick the cheapest price. This is a big investment and you get what you pay for.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $375.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $500.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $600.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $375.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Billing is based on a square footage price to give my customers a fair price for quality service.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $75.00 to $100.00 per hour for on-site sampling
- $85.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $350.00 to $650.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Basic inspection for a 2000 square foot house and 2 air samples. Prices are according to areas sampled and number of samples taken.
