What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
|

Do your own research. Whatever type of work you plan on having done, always do a little bit of studying. Ask for references. If they can't provide any, either there are a new start-up, or have a bad reputation. Find out how many years experience they have? Are they licensed and insured? Will they be using sub-contractors? Get a written contract and hold them to it. Always keep records of any verbal or written agreements, such as extra work orders, etc, and never make the final payment until you are 100% satisfied!

How We Charge For Our Services

Ceramic Tile - Install
- $60.00 to $75.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $5.50 to $7.00 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile)
- $1.75 to $2.25 per square foot (new sub-floor installation only)
- $1.25 to $2.00 per square foot (new wall backing installation only)
- $2.25 to $2.75 per square foot (tile removal only)
- $3.50 to $4.50 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
I bill for 50% upfront, then 25% at halfway point, and final 25% upon completion

Ceramic Tile - Repair
- $60.00 to $80.00 per hour (plus materials)
For time and material there will be an invoice submitted every Thursday for payment on Friday.
