- $3.50 to $6.50 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile) - $1.00 to $2.00 per square foot (new sub-floor installation only) - $1.00 to $3.00 per square foot (new wall backing installation only) - $2.50 to $3.00 per square foot (tile removal only) - $2.75 to $4.50 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer) Many factors could give a different range in pricing. Would be based on job specifics

Laminate Wood or Stone Floor - Install
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour (labor only; using pre-purchased flooring) - $2.99 to $6.25 per square foot (mid-grade laminate installed) Really depends on brand of laminate flooring, type of underlayment

Linoleum Tile - Install
- $1.00 to $1.80 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer) - $3.89 to $5.50 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile) - $1.00 to $2.00 per square foot (new subfloor installation only) - $2.50 to $3.00 per square foot (tile removal only) depends on residential or commercial location

Tile - Removal
- $2.50 to $3.00 per square foot Removal, haul away and disposal. Will depend on one or two layers of removal and if a membrane exists

Wood Flooring - Install or Replace
- $3.50 to $8.50 per square foot installed (mid-grade solid hardwood included) - $3.69 to $12.00 per square foot installed (mid-grade engineered hardwood included) - $5.50 to $6.50 per square foot installed (imid-grade bamboo included) Pricing is basically from low end to high end

- $100.00 to $200.00 per step (w/ mid-grade wood) We typically do steps only not railings
