Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $50.00 to $75.00 per hour
- $300.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $600.00 to $900.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $1,800.00 to $2,500.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
- $600.00 to $900.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
Each Home is different. A personal pricing package will be provided based on staging needs.

Interior Decorators - Residential
- $50.00 to $75.00 per hour (plus materials)
Interior Design is based on hourly rate.
