Q:

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A:
Communication is a big deal for me. If someone asks me to give them a quote and doesn't call back, that's rude. At least let them know you are going with another company. If you are looking for cheap work, that's the results you will get, not professional. Check the name on license and insurance to see if they match up to the subcontractor working. I've seen people put licenses in their boyfriends, etc. names to avoid paying taxes or having paper trails.Get to know your subcontractor and pay within a reasonable time when the invoice is turned in.she/he may have others to pay and supplies to replenish.
