Shop around. Get as many quotes as you can. Look at google, and see what their previous customers said about them!

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

We mainly provide either or soft wash system or our pressure washing service. With our soft wash we can safely clean the sides, and exterior of your house removing all algae, and mildew. We can also soft wash the roof bringing the new look back to your shingles or terra-cotta.
Any hard surface (walkways, patios,decks) we pressure wash.

We strive to make our customers happy. If you don’t run, and tell three of your friends how happy you are we have failed. We want to give people clean houses without any embarrassing blemishes.

What is your company best known for?

We’re popular for our soft wash. With the soft wash we can reach 2nd story houses without even having to break a ladder out. We use a light chemical that removes all mildew, and algae from the house or siding. Then just rinse with water, and it’s back to new!

What really separates us is that we will do what we say we’re going to do. We’re an old school company that where our word still means something.

We don’t have a warranty. But we promise to make customers happy before we leave. We do a walkthrough with our customers just to make sure they’re completely satisfied with with the service performed.

House wash, and pressure wash the driveway.
It was a 2nd story house that ended up costing 275. The driveway was a fairly normal 4 car drive way that we normally charge a 100 dollars for. But since our customer packaged up the services as a deal we discounted the service 50 dollars for a total of 325.
