- $400.00 to $450.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $575.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $750.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $475.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)

- $350.00 to $400.00 fixed fee per year

Pool - Inspection
- $200.00 to $300.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $75.00 to $150.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
All pool/spa inspections comply with the ASHI pool/spa Standards of Practice

Roof - Inspection
- $300.00 to $400.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
All roof inspection comply with FHA & VA requirements.
