I have been in construction for nearly 30 years. I am a Union carpenter by trade and currently working as a superintendent for a growing general contractor in Indianapolis. I started My business inspecting homes in 2010 as a safety net for an economy that did not look too bright. I have not done any advertising to speak of as all my clients have come from word of mouth. I am very thorough in my inspections as the process of purchasing a home is a very serious investment for my clients.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $350.00 to $425.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $450.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $500.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $425.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
I am not the Cheapest inspector. I do however provide a superior service to my clients. My inspections generally last 3.5 to 4 hours on site. I also prefer my client accompany me during the inspection process so they can be clear about my findings.
