What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

The customer should look into their quality of work- recent projects, the photos on website-etc, reviews, how they handle themself (demeanor), Compare pricing for the project that you need done with average costs according to your area. Never pay someone for a job that they have not started!

Really get all kinds of calls, but flooring installation and backsplash installation have been popular recently.

My compassion to ensure the job is done correct, and make sure that my customer is happy- not just satisfied with the job. My friendly approach, I come in and have a conversation with you, go over everything you need done. See if there is anything else you need, answer any questions you may have. If I run into another issue while fixing one- I make sure to point it out to you and go from there. I take all my customers requests to heart and strive to get their vision into their home.
